Fearless Family Ministry Volunteer Application

We are so thankful for your interest in serving in Fearless Family Ministry. This application contains questions that may be considered personal and sensitive. If some areas are too private or painful to explain in written form, you may discuss them during your interview with the ministry leader/pastor of the ministry where you are applying to serve.

The information contained will be held in strict confidence and will be treated with respect. All applicants must complete this application for any position involving interaction with minors. (This is not an employment application.)
